Since our move to Port Covington in 2006, Tidewater Yacht Service has become the place to keep your boat. With our close access to I-95, ample free parking, and location outside of the 6 mph speed zone, our customers are on the water faster with less hassle. While at the dock, our customers enjoy free wi-fi, 24/7 use of our spotless bath house (including two rooms dedicated for slip holders only), and reservation free use of our green space, BBQ area, and our famous “Nap Shak”. But above all, our slip and dry storage customers enjoy top notch services from Baltimore’s best service facility.


RACK STORAGE:
When we moved to Port Covington in 2006 we added rack storage to our list of services. Since then we have continually added more racks to accommodate the growing demand. Our Rack service utilizes our 20,000 lbs. fork lift for boats up to 40’ and includes unlimited in/out service between April 1^st and October 31^st.

DRY SAIL
Don’t want to leave your boat in the water? Consider dry sailing; it’s not just for sailboats. If your boat isn’t suitable for rack storage, our dry sail program is the answer. We will store your boat on land and launch it whenever you want to use it and then haul it back out once you’re done.

DRY SAIL - Boats lifted by FORKLIFT:
	Annual: includes winter storage Nov 1^st to March 31^st	$100.00/ft/year
	Monthly: does not include winter storage	$15.00/ft/month

DRY SAIL - Boats UNDER 39 ft, lifted with SLINGS:
	Annual: includes winter storage Nov 1^st to March 31^st	$115.00/ft/year
	Monthly: does not include winter storage	$17.50/ft/month

DRY SAIL - Boats 40 ft AND LARGER, lifted with SLINGS:
	Annual: includes winter storage Nov 1^st to March 31^st	$155.00/ft/year
	Monthly: does not include winter storage	$23.50/ft/month

ANNUAL SLIP RENTAL:
We have 40’ and 60’ slips and can accommodate side ties to 200’. Our floating concrete docks have ample utilities to accommodate any boat. Annual Contracts include a free haul and block as well as your choice of wet or dry winter storage. And as always, parking is free at Tidewater.

TRANSIENT SLIP RENTAL:
Tidewater maintains a number of slips for transient use. While we may not be right in the middle of the city, we are just a very short ride into the heart of Baltimore and a short walk from a Wal-Mart. You can easily take a cab into town or use our courtesy car. If you’re looking for a quiet marina to spend a few nights while still having easy access to downtown Baltimore, Tidewater is THE place to stay! We have 40’ and 60’ slips and can accommodate side ties to 200’. Our floating concrete docks have ample utilities to accommodate any boat.
	Daily: Plus flat rate shore power	$1.50 ft/day
	Weekly: Plus metered electric	$7.00 ft/week
